Just been watching a DVD of sprinting & drag racing in the 1960s /1970s titled 'Time Travel 18' and available from 'e' bay.
A couple of Minors appear in the action at Santa Pod.
One was called 'Minority'. Is the car still around?
The other was not named and its registration number was a bit blurred to fully identify the car. May still be around?

Not a Minor, but I remember very well a Mini van called "Stripteaser" which was running a 3.8 Jaguar engine (a regular at Santa Pod, as was I during the 70's)

'Stripteaser' does appear in the dvd.
You may even be on there as well.
The dvd brings back memories of drag racing at Long Marston in the mid 1960 especially the line of pontoons that kept the viewing public away from the track.
Below is one my Long Marston programs from that time.
The only dragsters to appear at that event were the Worden Dragster driven by A. Denham and the Allard Dragon Dragster and both fitted with 1500cc Ford engines. Class - vehicles up to and including 2000cc.
D-D Buick Dragster driven by A. Herridge & J. Harrison. Class - vehicles exceeding 2000cc.
The only Morris referred to and not a Mini Cooper was that driven by J.A. Buchanan-Morris. Class - Touring Cars up to 1300cc.
In 1965 the dragster scene appears to be still slow to take off as there were only four different dragsters competing at Long Marston.
