Hi Maddie, it's certainly been wet! I'm having a ding-dong with bmcecosse at the moment about bearings. He likes to take the p out of us beginners. I'm probably older than he is! Actually I had my first 11-year-old Minor in 1969, when they were still being made.

Really???
The first recorded build of a Minor 1000 with single piece windscreen was actually on 9th May 1956 - a dark green 4door Minor 1000 saloon. I owned a Minor 1000 myself which had been first registered (to Morris Motors) in August 1956 having been built the previous month.
