Do not forget to fit the small fibre washer between the adapter and the pipe union.

The adapters arrived today and all works as planned! The gauge even reads exactly the same as the Smiths one which I suppose is good news for both gauges. Thanks for the help!

Just been for a drive and there is a very small amount of oil leaking from the joints. I think I'll put some loctite on the threads.
