Managed to obtain this garage for my Traveller just before winter.
They say it helps to preserve the wood etc.
This garage was laying unused across the road from me owned by a Beauty Salon.
You don't get without asking and now for £20 a month with leccy its mine![frame][/frame]
If the garage blows down in a storm (or catches fire...) - and damages the car - is the garage owner insured to cover that? Your insurance will maybe not cover these risks - since the garage is not yours. Best to check...
Yes on both accounts, I am just pleased to have somewhere to put it over winter at a cheap rate otherwise damage would set in. However we are currently looking into my insurance and so will the owner of the garage with hers.
Nice one, now, if it was me, that large indoor door space on the right, I would spend some time painting a morris service sign on it, or complete it with with champion and castrol posters, so when I opened the doors it would just look the biz.
Result!!!!! A cheap garage for my area is about £60 a month

Ha ha! yes and anyway there wouldn't be that much meat on a mouse.
Getting back to garages, Cyril you were lucky to find that garage. I have just acquired a nice dry garage tucked away but I'm paying double what you are and I don't have electric not that I really required electric but that is useful to have mine is just to store contents as I don't currently have a garage. Two of my minors are stored in a fab secure lock up near to my home now so they will be protected from the winter weather. Do you know I didn't think to tell my insurers that I have moved them I had better do that!
