Cracked?

The crack is little on the side on where it fits on the gasket but its inside where is bigger a job to see. The mechanic didn't see it at first then he showed me it when I went to pick the van up.

Although my original question considered i might have a cracked head, I was very doubtful, as never heard of a 202 head suffering from that. You have surprised me with your discovery. The head that does have a reputation for cracking is the aeg163. Strange as it seems, someone actually bought such a head from me recently, for a good price as well! Glad you're now sorted, hope they didn't sting you too badly!
