Gearbox Noise

Can anybody help. I have a growling noise from the gearbox just before i change up a gear, i would say about 3000 revs, in 4th gear its about 50 mph, it seem to be related to engine revs, as the engine car gets hot its more noticeable

Oil in the box ok ?? Sounds like general bearing wear - start looking for another box...
