Midget 13" Rostyle Wheels & Disc Brakes

I have a friend who wonders if the Ford disc brake conversions will still allow the Midget 13" Rostyle Wheels to fit, I know the pcd is correct but as to disc clearance I dont know, and I have been led to believe the Marina conversion does not fit.

I know the ford disks arn't a common upgrade on midgets, but at the ACE cafe on tues someone said they had 10" disks in their 13" wheels...
