Does anyone know Andrew Waltham please?

Can anyone help please? Club member Andrew Waltham had his saloon for sale at the National Rally. I agreed a price with him and paid a £250 deposit, the balance to be payable once the car was delivered two weeks later. Unfortunately the car never arrived, I have had no further contact from the seller and he is not answering his phone. I found Andrew on Facebook and his friend Paul Haslington and have contacted them both via Facebook but have had no response as yet. Andrew really did not seem like the type of person that would renege on a deal so wonder if perhaps something has happened to him?? Does anyone know Andrew ? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Maybe the club could get in touch with him, they would have an address. Did you get a receipt for the deposit?

There was an Andrew Waltham on the list of attendees at last weeks UK MOT at
Norfolk.

If its the person I'm thinking about he was camping and it was not a good reception
area for some phone signals. Suggest you try again now, he should be home.

I have just had Andrew Waltham on the phone to me this evening. He was telling me he has had to back out on the selling of his Morris to you as it has had few Structural issues and brakes with the car. He has asked if I can post this, as his computer is not allowing him on to the message board.
He has sent you a letter explaining details and returned your £250 deposit.(This is a registered 1st Class Delivery to the address you gave him) He said he is really sorry and hopes your ok with this.
Any further details you need on this, give him a ring.

Many thanks for the various private messages and comments, it is a very small world in Morris Minor Land! No car as yet but Andrew has at least been in touch, hope to take delivery in the near future
