ICI paint code 2783 Gascoyne Grey for Lowlight

I am in the process of prepping my car for a full respray to its original colour.

Can you please help me find out where to find paint for my Lowlight chassis number 80004 first registered 9 January 1951.
I believe it is Gascoyne grey

I also need to paint the engine but was painted a green colour which I don't know if is correct. I have been advised was painted that colour as was from a centurion tank[frame][/frame][frame][/frame]

The only thing I can find is it's ICI paint code 2783 (Sept 1950 - July 1952) Don't know whether this may help a paint supplier trace it.

I do like the colour but am returning to original. Engine is out at the moment. Full engine and gearbox refurb, new wiring loom, all new pipes. Hope will look great in original colour too.

At those prices I'd be slightly concerned about the paint quality. If you're planning on spraying 2k paint I assume you have the correct safety kit. If you're looking for cellulose paints I had success purchasing from "Ken and Lyn Paints" who are in Derbyshire and will send by mail order. I don't have the contact details to hand but "google" should help or you could pm me if interested. Their paint matching was excellent which isn't always the case from some suppliers....

Thanks ManyMinors I have used Jawel Paints 2K on my series II last year and on a Traveller and found them to be very good. I was not sure if they would be able to match the Paint but they have said is no problem. I will use 2K instead of Cellulose and have a spray booth to use. Thanks for taking time to advise on your supplier.
