Rear ashtray???
Which model/s had the rear ashtray on the propshaft cover just behind the front seats?

The "luxury" 4 door saloon 948cc certainly did, probably a few others too...

When I bought my 1968 2 door it came with the ashtray but it wasn't fitted so I guess it came with the car when new

My 2 door 66 has one.they must of been standard everyone smoked back then.

Hi,
Mine had the screws for one still in place in the rear but no ashtray, so I took them out as I don't smoke and don't want to encourage anyone I know that does to do so in my car.....

No prop shaft ash tray on my 1952 Series MM or 68 Traveller, in inst panel on MM and under parcel shelf of Traveller

None in my '61 2 Dr saloon but have multiple ashtrays in 1955 Austin A30. Dead handy for keeping spare fuses etc. in.
