Traveller wheel arch repair

I note that there's a small repair panel for the flange, but is there one for the whole arch or does this need to be fabricated and repaired locally?

I note that ESM's full panel says "straightforward to dress out the flange for fitting to a Traveller", but does this require the flange repair panel or just fabrication?
