Is this while the engine is running or just when the ignition is on but the engine is not started?
The orange lamp is a low oil pressure warning lamp, the one below is the ignition warning lamp that shows the battery is not charging. It may be the units themselves have been swapped about over the years so no longer as standard.
It is normal to have both these lamps on when the ignition is on but the engine is not running. They should go out when the engine is started.
If they do not go out, do not run the engine further until you have found the fault.

Depending on the engine fitted, it might be a block oil filter warning light. If someone has played with the lights, it could even be the main beam warning! Describe what lights come on when and we can advise further.
