Orange Rally card?

I've just received my rally pack for the national rally.
The covering letter refers to an 'orange rally card'.
I've got a red 'ENTRY PASS'
and a lime green 'CAMPING PASS'
but no 'orange rally card'
Am I missing something? or is it because I'm not bringing my moggie?

Correct - no moggie means that you do not need a rally card to display on the windscreen. The card assists in parking the car in the correct place, but not needed if it's not a Minor.
