WIRES TO COIL
Can someone post a pic of the wiring of a coil 1971 morris minor
Re: WIRES TO COIL
No need for a picture---- white wire to the coil +ve connection , and white/black tracer wire from the -ve connection to the dizzy. Simples !

Re: WIRES TO COIL
Check if your car is the original +ve earth or converted to -ve earth. The coil terminals might be marked + and - or IG and CB (ignition and contact breaker) or similar.
If +ve earth
white goes to - or ign
white/black goes to + or CB
If -ve earth
white goes to + or ign
white/black goes to - or CB
In truth, it doesn't make much difference which way round they go, you will still get a perfectly adequate spark; but it is marked for a reason, so might as well get it right.
Of course, the big fat HT lead in the middle goes to the middle of the dizzy!

Re: WIRES TO COIL
I don't think they ever changed in production. This 1971 Traveller is still positive earth and still has the original "helmet" type terminals. Of course quite a few have been changed to negative earth to allow for fitting modern accessories.
As stated above, the black&white wire goes to the + side of the coil and the white one to the - side.[frame]
