Hello All,
I have just bought a 1955 Series II 4-door saloon, and am looking for the best way to protect it from the weather. I am hoping I can help it last another 50 years! In the course of my search I found the following web page:
http://www.hamiltonclassic.co.uk/Produc ... Moltex.htm
I don't want to buy the product without either knowing it is suitable or being able to return it. The company won't put me in touch with, or forward my details to, any existing customers and don't operate a returns policy. They can't even let me try one on my car if I drive to their premises.
I am posting here to ask if anyone could let me know their experience with this product, or could recommend a similar one.
I would be parking in a communal car park behind the house my flat is part of, so I am less interested in the larger tent style car-port options.
Thanks in advance,
Pete Coward

I made an enquiry to Car Covers a while ago and I'm pretty sure I was sent different fabrics to chose from. I found them very responsive. Their covers are made to fit specific cars, just tell them what it's for. The prices are not cheap but the product looked good. Not sure anyone would accept the item back unless it was damaged in some way.

One daythe best car covers i have found are normally made out of bricks and mortar

Is that same company as the link I posted? Their price is around £100, but I've found others for half as much. It doesn't seem that much though, and I can't begrudge paying for quality when it comes to protecting the vehicle.I made an enquiry to Car Covers a while ago...
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has used a fabric cover to protect their Morris.

Well I know what I think of a company that offers that sort of customer service..........The company won't put me in touch with, or forward my details to, any existing customers
