BBC Radio 4 search

Post by SteppingStones »

We're producing a programme for BBC Radio 4 and are hoping to find the current owner of a particular Morris Minor
(1968, Oxford Blue COUPÉ, WHM 442G) in order to reintroduce it to its original owner, who is presenting the programme - it was the only car he ever owned! We'd love to hear from you, if you're out there!

Failing that, we'd like to find the owner of a similar vehicle in order to capture the sound - and rekindle some memories.
Do let me know if you can help!

Doesn't look hopeful from the DVLA site I'm afraid.

It might help if you asked for a 2dr (they were never called Coupes) and the correct colour, Trafalgar Blue.
Unfortunately the DVLA will only release information to the current keeper (no matter how nice the letter is your write). I tried.
Google dosen't show anything, neither does the MMOC search bar. Good Luck. sounds like a good story.

Thanks for the help!
If the original car isn't available, we'd like to borrow / hire a similar vintage model ... anyone in the London area?
