can't renew in members area

Hi
I'm trying to renew my membership in the members area " Confirm your membership here "
I have put in the username and password from page 2 but nothing happens.
I can log in and see everything else in the members area why can't I get in to the renewal bit?
Any help appreciated.

I have just logged in to the member's area using the magazine password and got straight in to renewal. If you still cannot get in try contact us

Silly question I know but are you using the username and password from the most recent copy of MM as they change with every edition?

Thanks for your replies.
I'm using the u/n & p/w from the latest March/April 2015 mag. Just tried again tonight and still no joy.
I can get into the members area but when I click " Confirm your membership here " and enter the u/n & p/w it just takes me back to the messageboard 'menu' .
Mike, you said you logged into the members area and got straight in to renewal. Didn't you get asked for the login details again? I did. Am I missing something?

I have just clicked on the renew membership arae and entered the username and password and it worked first time. With this issues username are you putting it in without a space as it is, or are you putting in a space, which I did until I checked the page again and realised it was one word.

Click on the 'Renew membership' link towards the top left of this forum page, rather than enter the members area. Enter the password details and this should take you straight to the renewal form

Now I know what I did wrong!
Followed Louise's instructions and got straight in.
