alternator conversion? ++++++++++

Iv been looking into converting to an alternator using the ESM conversion kit, just wondered if anyone has had any problems with them or anything?

i bought one 3 months ago and not had any problems at all
works just fine and easy to do and good instructions

I believe there have been problems reported on here .... perhaps just a bad batch. The car must be -ve earth........

ive had no problems and i do around 150 plus miles a week

Mines still positive earth can you flip the wires on the alternator?

I have converted and the instruction that came with alternator included the change to negative earth.

There are also instruction to do change on the Technical Tips section
