I have got standard Sprite wheels on the front of my Minor and wider wheels but with the same rivits that hold the hubcaps on the rear, had a shock when I tried fitting the Minor hubcaps on too big........
Genuine Sprite caps are expensive, any one know of any other hubcaps that will fit, old mini etc...thanks.
The wheels on a Sprite are not quite the same as a A35/A40 as the thickness of the metal comprising the centre of the wheel is marginally thicker on the Sprite; and some of the wheels fitted to Sprites had ventilation holes around the outer part of the centre.
Why have you not lined the holes up with the adjustment holes in the drums ??? That's what they are there for! Very handy on rallies for a quick tweak up of the adjustment....
The wheels on the blue Minor are the same as my rear wheels, however I'm beginning to think I was actully sold A40 wheels on the front as they don't have those round hole's to adjust the brakes, if so would 155 tyres be safe as I don't have tube's fitted.

If you knew anything about these wheels you would know that the adjuster holes do not line up with Wolseley brake drums

Well obviously - I don't! (I did think they looked a bit far apart..) But they are intended to line up with adjuster holes on whatever car they were intended for! Otherwise - no point in them being there.....
Oh - and I'll start to criticise all your many wrong posts from now on too......
