2 Morris Minors in Hastings

Post by Keithsim65 »

There are 2 Morris Minors in a very poor state of neglect on some waste land in Hastings, East Sussex.
Please see photo attached.
Unfortunately I cannot provide any more info, so any interested parties will have to do their own investigations. The wasteland is always accessible, so you can easily have a good close up view if you visit.
I have a few more photos if interested, just email me.
The wasteland is on Prospect Place, Hastings. As you go up this narrow steepish street, the wasteland is situated on the right hand side about 50m up the street.[frame]Image[/frame]

These appear to be on someones private yard..they were clearly loved at one time as they all have the remains of car covers.

Perhaps they are awaiting restoration....

Must be private land or the local authority would remove them, they would be a danger to and a magnet for kids

Well there still there on Google Maps, hidden behind the shrubs. The postcode is TN34 1LN.
It does look like a private yard awaiting development. Need saving. Looks like a job for the local branch.[frame]Image[/frame]
