Dum Dum possible replacement on e bay

Post by buddy »

I have noticed this (item no 191508178169)on e bay and thought it could be useful to anybody working on a Traveller rear panels/windows.(sorry I do not know how to put a link on).I have not tried it but it looks like it may be a good replacement for Dum Dum sealer.

Iv'e just ordered a roll of this, I'll try it between gearbox cover and the floor pan/master cylinder cover. I already got a roll of the round section stuff but think the flat will be better

frosts do the 'best' alternative, on the advice of woodies - it's a calking strip and comes in pack big enough to do a traveller. it's about £25 if my memory serves.
