Ive just noticed this on ebay and it seems the owner my not be the owner at all as he has no info and no paperwork or keys, it looks like the car has been burnt out and dumped.....

I don't think it's burned out. The interior isn't burned. More likely somebody started to strip the paint off and abandoned it.
I doubt the car is stolen - probably removed from the lock-up garages in the background and being sold to recover rent due?
