Don't forget the photos

Re: Bubble Car Museum
Oh OK then
What a lovely little place, so much more than bubble cars

My Auto-Sleeper

If Darth Vader had a scooter

This reminded me of the TARDIS, bubbles in space and time

Nut Shell folding caravan, can you tell what the wheel arches are made from?

Some lovely bikes on show

I liked the Berkleys

What ever this was it was ace

Dream kitchen

We missed a trip to see the Lancaster at a nearby airfield but I was busy picking up something for Ted
Great place with very friendly locals too

Re: Bubble Car Museum
Some great pictures
I used to have a Maico mobile and an NSU Prima in the 90,s.The commer was a great van and even better as a caravanette better than the Thames Trader of the same period

Re: Bubble Car Museum
Looks a good outing at a great location! I also look forward to having a Commer that moves under its own power one day!
Nutshell caravan wings? Looks suspiciously like a bisected washing up bowl, but I may be wrong...

Re: Bubble Car Museum
i've never been to the museum..but i see their National Rally is in June.just wondering if my old Herald would make it that far!

Re: Bubble Car Museum
I see the rally is near Warwick this year, we were invited to attend last years event, at Wetherby racecourse, with the Commers from Commervanfan. Very interesting and some very unusual vehicles
We're at the bottom of the photo gallery for the 2014 rally
The museum is well worth a visit if you're in the area.
'just wondering if my old Herald would make it that far!'
You could always borrow a Minor

Re: Bubble Car Museum
thanks for that panky..didn't realise the rally is at Hatton
think my Herald should make it the 36 miles there
will the Commer club be attending? super vans IMO

Re: Bubble Car Museum
No not this year. We were invited by a guy with a micro car collection who bought a Commer van of a friend of mine - he's restoring it and is going to cart his bubble cars around in it
'think my Herald should make it the 36 miles there '
But will it make the 36 miles back

looked very smart!

Re: Bubble Car Museum
If it's the one I'm thinking of I know the guy in his Post Office Engineers van
He would have been heading south after or Commerfest at the weekend.

Re: Bubble Car Museum
yes,that's the one!

Re: Bubble Car Museum
He was heading home to Devon and the Postbus came down, to the event in Yorkshire, from Scotland
