Yes, I am, you're right. It would appear that 2 posts have collided here. This is the subject of another of my posts, namely

You will see that the top of the stem is different from the usual morris stem profile and it has been suggested that they are mini valves. Fair enough. But would putting a top hat on these still be OK?

What do you think 'top hats' are ??? You need seals (approx. shaped like 'top hats' and designed to slip over the top of the guide and locate in a groove near the top of the guide) - and I wonder if they will fit the guides on that head....hence request for better picture..... The valves ARE Mini valves - perhaps it is a Mini head... Presumably if it has been running then the cotters and spring caps are correct type for these valves. Do both the inlets and the exhausts have the same small/narrow collet groove ?

OK, I'm with you. I'll get a better picture of the head and guides tomorrow. Yes all 8 have the same narrow groove.
