small O ring seals?

Hi

Can anyone please tell me where those little O ring seals that come with the head gasket set fit?

There wasnt any on the head when the valves were removed and theres no valve stem seals fitted either

They slide on the valve stem and lock in the groove just below the collets. Has to said - they are pretty hopeless - the 'top hat' seals are better - but only fit them on the inlets.... The O rings go on all the valves.

I fit the ones that came with my gasket set and by the next day about half were broken so do go for "top hat" seals (or nothing, it's not like you'll ruin your catalytic converter)
