Hi
A long time ago I saw an upgrade kit on the boot stay. Basically you fitted a telescopic one. Anyone have any ideas how this was done please?
Thanks
Rich

Re: Boot Lid Stay
I fitted one to the boot of my Series MM. One end fitted to the boot hinge stud and the other to the boot prop hole, with a little bending of the plate. Unfortunately the telescopic was too strong and snapped the narrow type hinge so back to the early manual prop

Mog spares suppliers sell them as a kit.
