manifold which 1?

Hi

I am changing the head gasket on the moggie and a few other bits but in my growing spares pile i have an exhaust/inlet manifold thats one piece cast iron which was told came off a 1962 948cc

The 1 one on the car is a two piece thing thats ally and cast iron

The center exhaust port on the 1 piece feels larger inside so wondered if thats going to be a better one for the car?

The early manifold is from a 948 engine -the later manifold is slightly better - but not miraculously so....
