Convertible
Hi help and advice please is their a chart available with body work dimension .need door gap and side to side (width) dimension to straighten and add strengthing and new boxing panels need a datum point to start with I believe you need to jack up car and weld in new panel to achieve correct door gaps cheers dave
Re: Convertible
Just fit the doors and 'adjust' till the gap is straight all the way up = on both sides..

As BMC says when your happy with the fit of the door and it opens and closes to please you brace the body and weld in your new panels. if it needs new hinges fitting put them on before the lining up job!
Too many Minors so little time.....

Re: Convertible
The way I did it was to forget the gap at the front door edge.Loosen the wing and concentrate on the gap at the rear of the door using the hinges for adjustment.Once you're happy with that then fit the wing to get a similar gap at the front.
