one of Trafficators not work

Hi a trafficator not work , when conect power to it ,short and smorke from + position and the coil hot vary soon- and fuse of car also burn - i remember befor 2 month i put engine oill to them - i see the coil also oiled some from drain - what can i do now ? But Other one is fine work - the coils of two trafficators are old i see some insulete red colour of coils is gone - may i soft wash it some water and dry ? And i check the arm not problem of them to go up and down

Ha...found the problem at last - i remove the wires from + conected plate and wires (coil + wire and bulb + wire ) away from the plate ,then check , it work not the problem of coil - problem is the + contact plate of trafficator short with the (- ) trafficator body = ok now may i what do ? It revet with trafficator body
