Dynamo type alternator these look like and fit as a Dynamo are they any good

They better be good at that price. The way I see it is if you're restoring for concours just use a normal dynamo, as it is more than enough for the stock lighting setup. If you're adding lights and accesories then it's unlikely that you'll retain the factory look so you might as well go for a normal alternator.

It would be justified if you're going for a period rally car look with a lot of lights and money was no object, something like this Mini...
