Re: Renewing sub online
I have just spoken to Liz Saxon who has requested that anyone having problems with renewing on-line contacts the club office directly. The problem may be with the Worldpay server but it can't be looked into without you providing your personal details such as your name (rather than a forum pseudonym)

Nothing has changed at our end, nor have I been advised of any requirement to change anything.

Re: Renewing sub online
Problem now fixed. The system code couldn't cope with 10000 renewals.
This part of the site was supposed to be replaced by an 'integrated solution' about a year ago, so that the information that you type in goes straight to the membership system, instead of being sent to the office in an e-mail. Still in use unfortunately.

I will try again, postage stamps are expensive!
