Electric showers, and toilets in a new brick building. pricey at £30 for two nights ? I'm not too sure after using the shower rooms, they were brill ! nothing like a shower. Within walking distance of the museum,a pub, the Malt Shovels, can be found on Trip advisor, great pub grub ! A full sit down meal, in the museum, set me back ten pounds, that's with a full pot of tea. The same on Sunday morning, after I had a good shower ! Entry fee. £7.00, which includes access to the museum. Within the museum,a great collection of cars, vans, engines from the the great days of the British motor industry. Tons of info on Alex Issigonniss, and Lord Nuffield. Great to see, the late Shelia Wakely's, ex GPO Telephone van on display. Shelia restored the van to full GPO spec, some years ago. Sadly, she passed away through illness, bequeathing her van to the museum. Well done Shelia.
A great rally season so far, Kelmarsh Hall etc, topped up by the Gaydon event. One you might want to consider for next year .
