Yesterday, south of Ashbourne on the A515 a smart white Traveller YJJ899G(?) in company with a pre-war Wolseley and another pre-war Morris(?), we were northbound in Bertie and managed a quick flash....
Bertie.
Re: Spotted today.
I did quite well on the spotting front today. Heading eastbound on the M4 at about 08:00, by Jct 33, Cardiff West services on the opposite side of the road was a light blue traveller, a white saloon & 2 police cars, one had all the signs on it, the other one didn't. The one without had the prefix AX, a nice local car prefix.
Near here in Newport there's a haulage yard & there's been a white J reg Moggie parked in there for about 2 months or so now. I don't think it's being used as it seems to be on the same place. I know someone who works there so I will have to find out about it.

Re: Spotted today (well, not quite today).
Hello everybody,
We have just come back from a holiday in North Wales, and were quite happy to see two Moggies, both obviously in running order.
Not far from our base at Harlech we regularly came past an old crossing keeper’s house at Llanfinagle-y-traethau where this almond green traveler was parked:

As it was not there all the times, we suppose the owner is using it at least occasionally.
During a visit to the beautiful town of Conwy we found this grey traveler parked in High Street:

When we passed this place a little bit later the Moggy had gone, so unfortunately I was not able to start a chat with the owner.
Anyway, it has been an excellent holiday with quite good weather, and we even saw two Morris Minors in their “natural habitat”.
Cheers
Hubert and Angelika

Re: Spotted today.
A friend, at work, had been telling me about this particular car and I asked him to take a photo on his way home (which he did last night). Spotted in the Whitton area of West London, an Indian/Pakistani "Taxi"[frame]

Although it was "first registered" in May 1968, the body shell shows a Trafficator Blanking Plate fitted on the door piller.

Spotted on Monday 18th August at about 12pm. I was on top of Mam Tor near Castleton and heard the familiar A-series sound on those steep inclines.[frame]

Crossing a bridge over a canal in central Amsterdam:
An old English white Traveller, towing a trailer.
It zoomed off before I could get my camera ready.

Re: Spotted today.
Green "C" reg 4-dr spotted this morning, about 08:30, racing along the Frimley Rd heading towards Camberley.
Must have been in a hurry to get to the Classic and Special car Show there.
I did wave, but was ignored (I was in my diesel Peugeot) - must have had a 1275 engine under the bonnet![frame]

Re: Spotted today.
DVLA has the colour registered as pink, but as far as its original colour goes is anyone's guess.
Alan - eh?! 80-odd pages of people posting pictures of other people's Minors and you complain about the ones I posted!!! Anyway, it IS actually chained to the ground.
