UU is/was London - EUU,FUU,GUU-J

UJ is/was Salop - UUJ,VUJ(?) - think VUJ-J and poss VUJ-K

Confused?

John Busguy is the best person to ask!
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

UUU 458J is not shown on the DVLA web site as a Leyland, and it not on the London congestion site listings either, so is probably not on DVLA at all under any vehicle manufacturer.

However, UUJ 458J is shown on the London congestion system as a green vehicle, model unknown, but not on the DVLA site as a Leyland.
