original colour
Hello, how do you know what the original colour of my car was originally? Just out of interest would like to know the original colour, if anybody knows how that will be great
Re: original colour
Obviously painted with 'invisible paint' - since we can't see anything!! But just a wild guess - is it green ???

Re: original colour
The car is a 1956 Ser11 4dr, BMIHT recorded as black with maroon trim,
however, upon inspection (2014) has NO signs of ever being black, is also
fitted with red seats.
The chassis number is clearly stamped.
Any thoughts please?

Re: original colour
In 1956 Black was the new Black.
The majority of cars of that era were Black, pure and simple.
