Hi, Would anyone know the proper steps to replace the motor mount rubber spacers on my 52 mm side valve? Thank you, Will

No problem. Jack under engine, undo nuts on top and below mounting rubbers, jack up engine and remove rubbers. M1000 gearbox rubbers will fit but threads are a bit short. ESM may stock the correct rubbers. If you are removing the engine towers then undo the four bolts at the bottom of each tower and remove.

Thank You so much for the reply, just working on changing the mounts, and the towers are coming out nice by jacking up the motor. I could replace the rh tower, as it is okay but pitted. Will :D

Hi Mike, Yes, I have a 52 Morris splitty, two door saloon in good overall condition, that i am working on. The previous owner bought it in 1992, drove it into a steel storage container, where it sat for 22 years, untill i bought it and woke it up from it's sleep. It is a rhd home version, that was shipped from surrey England to the states in the 1970's Will
