Notice there's a surcharge so if you don't have a serviceable steering wheel you need to add 30 pounds to the price.
Ebay ones I saw are in the 55-65 range so even then if they're good it's a nice deal. Don't have any experience with them but hopefully someone will chime in shortly.

What's to recondition? The boss should never wear out. The rim can be polished. If there are any cracks, then fit a replacement. I am intrigued.

There was a thread somewhere about lightly blowtorching the late wheels to get the lustre back but I chickened out and fine sanded then painted black. Painting isn't as robust a finish as oroginal but is still quite good.
