How To Unblock A Windsceen Washer Jet

A tip that I got from a friend is that if one of your washer jets stops working just put you finger over the working one jet while someone pushes the pump and it will often blow out the blockage and you will have them both working again, this is much easier than the old method that I used to use of using a needle or similar to unblock the washer jet.

Removing the thing and soaking it in warm water with a denture cleaning tablet works well too.

Probably works most of the time but I once tried this and the blocked(plastic) jet body "exploded"
However, I'm usually plagued by sod's law.
