The front doors - door lock remote and door handle go in before the door top. the fronts are well covered in the owners manual. Its a real pain with the wee nuts under the quarterlight!
the rears i did do a bit on how to take them apart.

the remote and window winder need in before the door top and the handle needs on after the top is on or you cant get at the 2 nuts under the rear quarterlight. put a magnet down the doors before you start its really awkward and you will drop nuts.

found it really frustrating putting them aback together after painting but take your time.
hope that helps a bit :D

Insulation tape covering the edges to stop damaging skin on your hands!
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

As above ^^

Take your time though, clean & degrease the mechanisms. Expect to take almost 1 day (4 hrs work) per door, including fitting the window seals.
