Courtesy light - idle question...!

Post by bjm38 »

Hi all,

1955 Series II 4-door

Our car has a courtesy light, but no door switches - were they built that way?? There's no sign of anything on the "A" pillars, I'm just wondering if they might have been missed off during some re-build in the car's lifetime.

Thanks

Bernard

The courtesy light switches were fitted in the front doors from September '58 so yours aren't missing :D

Thanks for that, Louise.

The day job sometimes involves working out how old houses were originally built, I find myself applying the same mindset to the old girl in the garage! :)

You have not got a courtesy light, you have an interior light!

I'm told that 803cc lump under the bonnet is an engine, but I'm having a hard time believing it...! :P
