I wouldn't object to the concours car - IF the owner has done the work himself..... If he/she has simply bought a car which has been worked on by another - well - there is nothing there to be proud of - is there?? It's just ridiculous!

People who, seeing an older car which must be going slowly, pull out in front of you. Part two of this are the ones that then in front drive slowly themselves.
