I have heard anecdotally that there are various Trafalgar blue shades... all much of a muchness but none quite the same as the other. Is this true?
If so, did the shades vary according to year, or plant? Ie, are 1965 Minors different to 1967? Or are all Traflagar Minors the same, but different to all Trafalgar ADO16s?
Looking to buy some paint to do the inside of the boot and engine bay, but want a good match. Are the paint codes supplied in various places for Minors universal for all model years? Or were the variances, therefore meaning I should get a panel matched with the photostat machine....?
Thanks in advance

As far as I am aware... there is an early shade and a late shade. Both share the same paint code and only one of the "mixes" seems to be available from anywhere (i.e. only the 1 recipe exists)

Ah right, thanks. That will do me. Am respraying anyway, so it won't make a difference so long as it's all from the same mix. If there were two mixes, I'd want to choose which one I wanted, but that decision has been made for me! Cheers
