Re: new project
Welcome Ted. There's plenty of help and advice available here and maybe you could start a thread in the restoration projects forum so that we can all see how the project is coming along

Re: new project
No it is a standard Minor wheel, 1948-56GBond wrote:Nice tourer! Is that an MG TD steering wheel?
Note that the suspension, wheels, brakes, rear axle etc are relevant to the series MM not the later M1000

Re: new project
Hadn't noticed the previous wheels weren't offset before the 1000. Does look exactly like a TD wheel a friend of my father just bought, maybe he could have saved some money and just bought the MG emblem for the center.

Re: new project
Ted here, I live in N.Delta about 30 min from Vancouver, my first minor, I'm also into model A Fords, had a stock roadster, now I am building rodded 31 Tudor, but I am really enthused over the Minor, always wanted something British, I'm curious how it will go with the 950 in it , probably get it going as is , just to know, before I modify it.

Re: new project
I will be in Vancouver at the end of june. I could come over and look at the car and offer some advice if you like.
if there's anything that you want bringing out there (small enough to carry) PM and i'll see what I can do.
