Title says almost all i want ;) Does somebody know how to put it off (to remove the timing chain cover). The big question is the size of the key to do it

The starter dog is a real so and so to remove you will need to wedge the flywheel ring gear (as you have the gearbox out) and either fit a large spanner and use a hammer or piece of tube over the spanner to get extra leverage it can be really tight. There are other methods as well that I cant remember at the moment.

i've removed it so i may chang th etiming chain (for a duplex one) and i'm surprised, i saw tensionners in the schem but i only found one broken in the engine.
So i have some questions...
- Need i them with a duplex chain?
- When reassembling, the nut has to screwed back but how heavy? If i do it to heavy, turning on the engine will be impossible.
