Should keep you busy, especially if you want to return it to side valve. Has the bulkhead cross member been hacked about?
Could you send me the chassis no/reg for the register please

Does it have a chassis plate from a 1959 van and a body plate from a 1954 Tourer?
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

Will send details ASAP Mike,
no bulkhead doesn't seem to be messed! but I really have to look a bit better! luckily they didn't cut up the original floor panel inside, the made one up and I was given the original panel and although not the original engine form the car , a sidevalve engine to put it back to original
Chassis plate seems to be original but I will get all details soon

so had a good look at the bulkhead, seems to have been bashed in a bit! :S
Chassis no is 77754
body number is 8m / 8m 42989
does it make sens?
I sitll havent got the reg number as we return these to the local transport authority when a car is what we call garaged (sort of SORN) and I beleive the car was garaged before the new EU plates were introduced in 1995 so it would still be a 4 digit reg plate

Will be BM
Does it have an NMP plate right of the osf shock absorber - ie the plate
missing from 26000?
Can work with this figure.
Quick calculation suggests c17,000 CKD up to this point - will
need the NMP details to determine the "split".
Cheers
