Try searching for other posts as we have covered this in some detail previously. Also look in the Morris Traveller book currently on sale in Club Merchandise, and there "might" be a feature in a future edition of Minor Matters. In a nutshell, remove the inside mid-rail capping, pull out the rotten remains of old runners by pushing the glass inwards at the bottom. repair and seal wood as required. Insert glass into top runners, fit bottom runners to bottom of glass, and slide back into place. Seal will and refit capping. It can be done easily in a couple of hours, but... the wood will usually need to be dried and treated, so that will need a good few days with the glass out.
