If you can't post a link, just type the item number into your post then we can search Ebay for it.

Oh dear! Little do you lot know that this could be the face of things to come. As well as my Morris moggies I also have a Morgan mog - and the Morgan Three-Wheeler Club's spares setup is very good and manufactures where it can't source stuff. Current price for Accralite pistons for JAP and Matchless engines are about £146 each. Fortunately (?) a Morgan only needs two.

If the head is good, ESM do a rather handy exchange, it would probably come to a total of £500 with VAT and shipping the old block.

Engine Block 1098cc-Reconditioned (Exchange)*Surcharge 10M102SC Applies* SHIPPING INFO*
[10M102] £375.00

Engine Block 1098cc-Reconditioned (Exchange)*Surcharge 10M102SC Applies* SHIPPING INFO*

10M102 is supplied as a re-bored and honed block with new pistons, camshaft bearings and core plugs. The matching main bearing caps are attached to the block.

Certainly worth considering as a part DIY job.

When I first discovered this "bargain" for sale on eBay it was Friday about 5.30pm. I rather cheekily sent the vendor a message saying that I assumed that the price for a complete engine rebuild with machining, new big ends etc.etc.etc.
Strange to report that I have, as yet, to receive a reply!! :-? :-?
