Twin Washer Jets

Post by fosterfamily »

My daughter's 1969 Minor 1000 has single washer jets with a manual pump.
It works well, if a little stiff for her sometimes.
I managed to snap one of the jet connectors whilst refitting the wiper drive cable :(
I'm about to treat her to a pair of chrome washer jets and see they're available in single of twin nozzles.
Are there any issues fitting the twin nozzle to a manual pump?
Is the pressure generated by hand enough to get a decent flow through twin jets?
Cheers,
Eddie

Probably not enough power from a manual pump. I have double jets with an electric pump using a light switch instead of a wiper switch.
