seat belt upgrade

Post by chrisgriffiths »

Hi
I'm thinking of upgrading the seat belts in my 1967 saloon to inertia type belts
Does anyone know if belts from either a metro or mini will fit. If so I may look in the local scrapyard
Cheers

Here are the ones I fitted to my 61 saloon last year,

I bought mine via the local motor factors and they cost around the same price. They came with all the parts required to fit them except the reinforcing plates for the sill mounting and transmission tunnel mounting. For that I made up my own 3mm plates.
