they all say location location location could users please update their profiles with a location , when offering assistance its nice to know if someone is local or 300 miles away

Absolutely agree! It ought to be a 'compulsory' part of profile.

Moved here from 'Off topic' so that more people will see it.

If you haven't already done so, please add your location to your profile. To do this click on the ‘user control panel’ at the top left hand side of the page and click on the ‘profile’ tab. Enter your location and then click on the 'submit' button. Simples :D
